Over the years, we have undertaken a diverse range of projects, contributing to the revitalization of Cleveland's urban landscape. Some of our notable developments include:
Hough Woods
The transformation of a dilapidated and largely vacant 38-unit affordable housing complex in Hough into modern, affordable, and green-rated apartment homes.
4298 Pearl
The revitalization of 10,000 SF of vacant storefront and warehouse space in Old Brooklyn, converting a 1915-built warehouse into a coffee roastery and breathing new life into two retail storefronts in the heart of Old Brooklyn's Brighton corridor.
9500 Lorain Ave
A mixed-use redevelopment bringing 20 workforce housing units to the Cudell neighborhood with 4 retail storefronts.
Near West Infill
The planning and development of over 75 single-family and townhome units on Cleveland's near west side, largely facilitated through strategic relationships with community development corporations.
